“I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.”
Children & Adolescents
Children and adolescents grow up in a world full of change. School, friendships, family, their own bodies and the question “Who am I, really?” – so much needs to be managed at the same time. Sometimes it all becomes too much: worries grow bigger, anger or withdrawal increase, and everyday life suddenly feels heavy.

A safe space
In my practice, young people find a safe space, where they are allowed to be just as they are. Together, with curiosity and without judgement, we look at what is difficult right now – and also at what is already going well.
Because every child and every adolescent has their own strengths that we can make visible and develop further.
How I work
Behaviour therapy offers many age-appropriate approaches for children and adolescents. Depending on age, interests and concerns, we work with:
Parents & caregivers
Parents and important caregivers are a meaningful part of this journey. How and to what extent they are involved is something we agree on together – always with a view to what is good for the child or adolescent.
What I can help with
ADHD, concentration difficulties and impulsivity
Autism spectrum and neurodivergence
Anxiety, worry and tension
Anger, conflicts and overwhelming feelings
Pressures at school, in the family or in friendships
Changes and transitions, e.g. parental separation, moving house or changing schools
Self-esteem and finding one’s own path
Eating disorders
Psychosomatic complaints
Through my previous work – including socio-educational support for children and adolescents and supporting families – I have particularly extensive experience in working with ADHD and autism.
The first step
It all starts with a non-binding initial consultation. This is where we get to know each other and clarify together whether and how I can support your child or you as a family. Information on the process and fees can be found under Practical information.
